The duration of the data collection

Hosting

The identification data that we collect is hosted on Microsoft servers, via its Microsoft Azure cloud service, located on the territory of the European Union.

Microsoft may need to transfer saved data outside of the European Union. In this case, it has undertaken to ensure that this transfer complies with a level of protection equivalent to that guaranteed within the European Union and with the rules of the GDPR. Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as established by the US Department of Commerce, which guarantees compliance with the level of data protection applicable within the EU.

Right of users relating to the protection of their personal data

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, query, portability, rectification, opposition, limitation and deletion of the data you re.
